After that, Vivian takes a shower, gets dressed goes back home. Shelly high-fives you and hugs you tightly, happy with the current situation.

You go to sleep, and Shelly insist on sleeping with you again. Like, sleeping sleeping. You get in your bed together and fall asleep, cuddling lovingly.
