You follow her

You take off after Katherine, following close behind.

"Buzz off before I call security on your ass," she says, getting angry for real now. Her commands only cover your wishes, not your behavior.

There's an easy way to fix that. "I wish we could go somewhere quiet and talk for a minute."

Katherine thinks it over, less irate at your presence. "Sure," she says. "Parking lot work for you?"

"Works," you say.

She nods and leads the way. Soon you're outside in the night. You walk aways from the mall to an empty patch nearby your car. Katherine faces you, looking puzzled.

"So your wishes come true," she says.

"It's the collar you're wearing," you say. "It gives me control over your mind and body."

Katherine snorts in derision. "That's insane."

"It is. But I wished you knew it was true."

"And I believe every word," she adds calmly, glancing out over the semi-populated parking lot. "So what now? You made me blow off my girlfriend, who I really don't care about anymore thanks to you. I don't suppose you're just going to let me go?"

You think. "First I think I'm going to change you up a bit, just to experiment," you say, considering the petite goth.

"Oh hell no," she says, holding up her hands as if to protect herself.
