"Don't you think we should have helped her? She seemed to be struggling with that box.", Gabrielle says as soon as the door closes.

"Well, you've been kind enough to offer me your help, i didn't want to make you wait longer..."

"I told you already, i'm free all afternoon," she replies with a smile, "but its kinda cute that you thought of me and my feelings there."

"Well, i didn't want to annoy the first friend I made at uni!"

You both laugh it off as the lift opens on your floor.
