"So this will be my home for the next year", you think to yourself. In front of you stands a tall, slightly worn out building which dwarfs all the others around it.

You've landed in Canada a few days ago, but you are only now moving in your new residence, one day before classes start, because your parents had booked a hotel room for you, afraid you would be tired after the long flight. Looking back, it was a very good idea, since on the day that you arrived you basically passed out as soon as you reached your hotel.

A smile creeps on your face. You've been waiting for this moment for the past two years. Of course, leaving your home country and your parents behind have been hard, but you've been wanting to live independently for a while, since your elder sister Nicole went abroad to study and told you how cool uni life was.

Also, you were seen as kind of an introverted and nerdy guy back home among your friends, so this new beginning would give you the chance to shake off that image of you that you hated. Being a Math major, you know that balancing your study and social life will be hard, but you want to try your best.

Moreover, since you've gone to an all-boy high school, you did not have a lot of chances to interact with girls, and after hearing from Nicole of the wild parties that happens at university, you are hoping to get laid for the first time in your life.

"Excuse me, it's probably not the best place to be day-dreaming.", you hear a female voice behind you suddenly say.
