You looked over at your sister, same height as you with that frightening gaze. Worry flooded your chest. Worries about angering your female twin, at causing tension between yourself and her that would be irreconcilable without stress-inducing effort on your part. “o-oK…” you resigned, you would just have to go without your primary source of social interaction until she had decided to allow you to have it back.

You stood there, uncomfortable with both your sister’s slightly off actions and just by the fact that you weren’t hiding somewhere away from people.
