You don't have much of a choice

You know you won't last too long out here by yourself, you have a much better chance of survival with a group.

"Yeah, I'll join you guys."

"Excellent, we have room for anyone who contributes to helping the group, when we get back we can find a job for you. Let's finish getting whatever food we can from here."

You help the group search the supermarket for any remaining, unspoiled food. At one you find yourself in the same aisle with Sarah. You decide to offer her an apology.

"Hey, I'm sorry for pointing a gun at you earlier."

"Don't with about it. You did what any sane person would do. You don't really know who to trust anymore."

"That's true. I'm guessing that's the way Vince thinks about me."

"Don't worry about him, Alana. It's nothing personal, he really doesn't trust anyone. He still keeps an eye on Aaron and me."

"You're lucky to still have family. I don't have any left."

After you finish speaking, Sarah wraps you in a hug.

"If it's any consolation, you have us now."

You smile at her words and hug her back. You're glad to be with other people again.

"C'mon, I think we're all done here."
