Chapter 8

Get to work!
You can do this!
Feeling the energy of the moment, you search Spotify for a good montage playlist. After pruning out countless dubstep playlists, you settle on something that sounds like a workout playlist for a mixed martial artist. Perfect for programming. Earbuds in, you grab the last Red Full from your mini-fridge and open up your laptop one more time.
In another hour, between pages of Java for Dummies and numerous consultations with Stack Overflow, your program can accept text that you enter and print it back to the screen. You're not quite sure how it works, but at least you've managed to copy and paste the right thing. You vaguely recall one of your TAs saying something about programming being 90% knowing what to copy.
Another hour passes. It's 1AM. You stare at your laptop waiting. Just a few more seconds and... BEEP! Success, the timer totally works. You can enter text, print it back and now you have a timer. This is really coming together. You congratulate yourself by indulging in a fantasy where you and Jane play the game and she's required to ride you while repeating "I love riding computer nerd cock!" over and over. Damn. If Jane lets you do kinky stuff like that, she's gonna completely ruin you for normal girls. Before you get too distracted, you get your hands back to the keyboard to start bringing the pieces together.
A little over three hours later, you're done. You can enter in activities and they will be randomly chosen and displayed to the screen one after the next. You can enter in the amount of time that should be spent on an activity as well as a down time between activities to rest up, change positions or grab any necessary "accessories" for the next activity. Perfect. And you're actually starting to get this stuff. Jane was totally right. You just needed a practical application and a little bit of motivation to help you bring all the pieces together.
You crawl into bed, physically tired by mentally wired. Lying in the start, you think about all the things that you could enter into this program. All the things that Jane will let you do to her and all the things she'll willingly to do you. You can hardly wait. Constantly running through all of these scenarios does nothing to help you sleep, but eventually nature takes over and you drift off. Good thing tomorrow is Saturday and you can sleep in.
What do you do when you wake up?
