Hnh..." you groaned, unable to form any sort of legible words. Both your mind and body feeling extremely fuzzy. Again, having no idea where you were or what was going on.

Nurse goes inside and is surprised to find you conscious.

"Jonathan!" She greeted you. "You're back with us at last." A large smile painted across her face.

“What happened?” You said hoarsely.

"You've been in a coma for over two weeks. Everyone else was discharged a long time ago , How are you feeling?"

"Okay. ...I guess," you told her. Admittedly feeling a little better now that you were sitting up. Wanting to know however, "What happened?"

Taking a look at the chart at the end of your bed, as well as taking a quick look in both of your eyes with a small torch, Nurse Kelly quickly filled you in. Informing you that a few of your internal organs had suffered internal bleeding that neither Dr. Wilson and Dr. Percy had been able to pick up on. Which in turn had caused you to pass out. "After performing surgery to fix you up, I'm afraid we had to keep you in a **** induced coma until you were properly healed. Which it seems you now have, you'll be glad to hear."

"Has... Has it really been two weeks?"You don't realize how much time has passed. It feels like just yesterday you passed out.

"I'm afraid so," she nodded. "We needed to be sure that you were okay and everything had healed correctly. But seeing as you are awake now and your vitals are all stable, after we run a few final checks and you get your strength back, I don't see any reason why you can't head back home tomorrow."

"Thank you, oh has my mother been discharged from the hospital?" You know that it's not really your mother, but according to the two doctors only three of you know what really happened.

"Yeah, your mother has been out for a long time, only two days since you passed out. Since then she hasn't been here. Maybe because of her pregnancy she never came to see you."

You worry what that woman has been doing in these two weeks. Using your mother's body you don't know what she has done. After all, how does she know how to live life like your mother. You don't have any other relatives. Your father was an only child and therefore had no other family after your grandparents died. Your mother may still have relatives, but it seems like there have been problems in the past. Your mother avoided if you bring up that question.

Nurse who does not know what worries you think "Dr. Percy left a letter" The nurse went to the small table beside your bed, took a letter from the drawer of the table.

"Letters? Why did he give me letters?" You took the letter that nurse Kelly gave you.

"I don't know, a week since you were comatose Dr. Wilson and Dr. Percy left the hospital suddenly. I heard they were transferred to another city. The doctor then entrusted this letter to me to give it to you after you woke up"

"What's in this letter?" you ask

"I also dont kn....."

A moment later there was a knock on the door and a nurse appeared

"Kelly can you help me?"

"Okay Isabel, I'm sorry John I have to go" Nurse Kelly went to follow the nurse.

You just nodded then looked at the letter. Intrigued by what is written why the two doctors still use letters that you think are out of date.
