You were sitting in a coffee shop drinking well coffee when you suddenly noticed the notebook sitting abandoned on the table It looked like it just materialized out of nowhere, but you reasoned someone must have left it behind. Picking it up, you open the book to the first page, hoping to find some contact information for the person who lost it. Instead, you see a note on the inside:

"The world runs on rules. Every organisation has rules to be followed and every person has his or hers own set of personal rules. Wouldn't it be nice if you could be the one writing the rules for once? Now you can. This is the Rulebook. Simply put the name of an organization or person and write your rules. Any rule you can think of will be followed by that person or everyone in that organization. Or you can write every one and it becomes everyone's personal rule.

Only the one who writes the rule will remember the past and can notice the changes.

You can write Old Rules and New Rules. People will treat Old Rules casually, like they've been around forever. The world will even change to accommodate Old Rules as you write them. In case of personal old rules it would become their normal behavior some thing they have always done like walking on two legs for example. On the other hand, New Rules only go into effect once you've written them down. People will still follow them, but they may express nervousness, embarrassment, excitement, or other emotions about them.

PS: Try using pencil at the beginning.

You smirk disbelievingly as you read the note. You think this must be a prank. You look around to see if some one was watching. And realize that you are not in the coffee shop you were. It looked like you were in a restaurant but more like one out of a some old movies. There were no electricity. By the time you try to process this you hear a loud talking noise coming from across the room. Looked like some one in one piece cosplay. Surprisingly that made calmed you thought this must be some theme restaurant, until the guy you thought was cosplaying Luffy opened his mouth to a not humanly possible size and swallowed a huge piece of meat which went down his throat. The only possible explanation was you are watching Luffy and this also meant you are in the one piece universe. You don't know what to do you are shell shocked. You look at the rule book. This all started after you took that book, you think that may be the book could also be real.

You take the Rulebook open it and think.
