Test the Rulebook

You know that if there was any hope for you to survive in this universe full of irrationally strong, unpredictable people. You are going to need some serious powers. If the rule book dose what was written in the note your life here could actually be great.

First you got to test the Rulebook, since the note said to use pencil means if the rules are erased the effect will end so you can redo if you make a mistake. Lucky for you bag was also teleported along with you even if your phone and laptop were no use in this universe at least you now have a pencil at hand. You think and decided on what to write.
