A few years pass and one knight finally beets Stardust at the riddle game. He goes up the tower and claims the princess. The two of you (Stardust and yourself) listen as the Lady Alisa cries in pleasure as Sir Henry takes her virginity.

The two of them are shortly married and the new King Henry uses some but not all of Stardust's hoard to fill the castle with servants, guards and courtiers along with other things needed for a functioning kingdom and castle. Perswaded by Queen Alisa, King Henry changes the roles of both Stardust and yourself. Stardust becomes the Royal Dragon She lives just outside and guards the castle. A stable of sorts is made for her resembling a cave. You are no longer her pet but her caretaker. You muck out her 'stable' and bring her whatever she needs but she hunts her own food. You do still go by Tom and give her belly rubs and reap the reward. Stardust eventually attracts a mate. He stays in her cave/stable making more work for you he is also a gold dragon by the name of Thor. He does not object to you giving him belly rubs or to his mate rewarding you no matter who you rubbed. He says it makes her hornier after so he gets his own reward.

You live in a room in the castle and get paid by the king. You stay friends with the Queen. You help her raise her children. He eldest is a daughter and she has two sons. Her daughter is sent away to be guarded but one of the sons of Stardust and Thor. You eventually get married althoug keep getting rewards from Stardust and your wife Elizabeth is fine with it and sometimes joins in. You fuck her as you both move in and out. You think you conceived your first born son on one of these times. Your firstborn called Fredric leaves to be a knight. You warn him that that is how you started and makes sure he knows lots of riddles.

It is your daughter Tilda who takes over from you when you get old. She does not tell you whether or not she recipes rewards from Stardust or Thor but often comes home smiling. Stardust takes to calling her Tilly.

It is not the end you hope for when you went to face a dragon but it went much better than it could do.
