Chapter 9 by ErisAphrodite ErisAphrodite

Does Xalendra take Viri up on her offer?

Yes.

“I... suppose it couldn't hurt...” Xalendra leaned closer to the fairy on her handmaiden's knee just an inch or so, a skeptical look in her blue eyes. “...As long as you don't plan on flying up our skirts again.”

Viri paused, pouting in consideration, but soon smiled widely. “Viri promises.”

The princess sighed, content for the moment, yet still incredibly nervous. “Good.”

The fairy then took to the air once again, giggling musically. “First, Viri would recommend closing the door,” it said.

The two girls looked at each-other, and Kylia was the first to move, finally getting back up and out of the way as she did as the fae instructed and shut the door to Coltus' room. With wide, expectant eyes, they proceeded to stare at he faintly-glowing mote that was Viri in the dim light of the lamp.

“Now, Viri recommends you disrobe,” it said earnestly, floating near to the princess' face. Xalendra blinked at the fairy, who had an honest expression on its iridescent face. “The magic of love is only inhibited by clothing,” Viri insisted, nodding its tiny head.

The princess hesitated, sitting on the floor with her hands nervously gripping the skirt of her bodice. They were in a private room, and it was the dead of night, so there was little chance of being caught with the fairy. Xalendra had of course been without clothing before her handmaiden on any number of occasions, however she couldn't say she had seen Kylia nude—the thought suddenly bothered her somehow.

Yet, without comment, Kylia was already pulling her gown off, now standing in nothing but her panties. Her brown eyes, looking almost enchanted, were still fixed upon the floating fae as she proceeded to slide her underwear down her legs.

Xalendra was shocked, albeit less-so than she expected, as most of her capacity for surprise had diminished at this point. Even so, she sat there frozen between the decision to follow along, or deem the idea too mad to entertain. Then again, it felt as though she were quickly learning the line between madness and reality was blurred beyond recognition.

Did Xalendra strip?
