So ends the story of King Bryce. It was a short reign, but after tangling with a demon. He quickly found himself outmaneuvered and slain.

Worse yet, He failed to produce any heirs the succubus, unfortunately failed to get Countess Marissa impregnated with King Bryce's heir and the Kingdom of Itheria fell into dismay. Thus ending the reign of his family and leaving a power vacuum in Itheria. The King's Guard call Marissa out as a king slayer and having nothing to show for her efforts, Countess Marissa was slain and the succubus expunged in vengeance for their fallen king. After dealing with the traitors, the vassals and lords of the realm quickly turned against each other. Every person with an army attempted to claim the empty throne and Itheria fell into civil war.

Decades pass before the conflict finally ended. Itheria was split between half a dozen petty kings, all who claimed to be descendants from Bryce's family. Until finally the minor lords and petty kings were slowly absorbed, one-by-one by their more powerful neighbors and Itheria was lost to history.
