Alex pinches the bridge of his nose with a groan.

"It's way too early for this shit." He just knows this is going to be a headache already. Still, as much as he doesn't want to deal with this right now, he has to do it before she went and does something stupid. Knowing her, it wouldn't take long for it to happen.

"Come on, I have something to show you." He said, grabbing her wrist and dragging her along.

"Wait, what's going on?" Amelia asks but still follows along anyway.

"Just follow me for now, questions can wait for later."

"Fine but this better be good. The last time you dragged me off somewhere, I was bored out of my mind." She complains.

Alex blushed, remembering that particular incident before quickly schooling his expression. 'At least she doesn't remember what happened.' He thought. It was... quite the way to find out about her sexuality.

"Wait, what about school?" Amelia ask.

"School can wait, this is more important."

After a 10-minute walk, the duo come upon a run-down house with boarded-up windows and doors. Despite being this way for as long as people can remember, it was never torn down or renovated. In fact, there's even a legend about this place being hunted by the spirit of its owner that prevents anyone from trying to do anything with it. Like all myths and legends, there's some truth to the story."What are we doing at the Scarlet Hunted House?" Amelia wonder.

Alex didn't answer and instead take out a blue stone from his pocket. Holding the stone in front of him, he leads them toward the house.

Once they pass the front yard, the whole scenery changes. What used to be a decrypted old house transformed into one that wouldn't look out of place in the rich district of their town. Even the lawn looks like it's been worked on by experts and furnished with expansive decorations.

"Woah," Amelia exclaims before being distracted by another blue screen popping up in front of her. Alex takes a closer look to see what it says.

"Illusionary Dungeon? East Trinity Cleaner's Base?" Amelia wonders but before she can ask any more questions, they are interrupted by the presence of someone else. A young woman in a maid outfit. She looks like an otherwise normal girl except for the cat ear on her head and the tail behind her.

"Greeting Master, how may I be of assistance today?" The Catmaid asks.

"Make me some coffee... and bring our guest here some tea." Alex order.

"At once, sir." The Catmaid bows and heads back into the house. Amelia, meanwhile, stare at the sight in astonishment.

"Woah woah woah! You never tell me you got a maid working for you and someone who's willing to cosplay at that. And here I thought we were friends." Amelia pouts.

"Those aren't fake ears and tail, Amelia. Now come on, I'll answer any questions you have once I got my coffee."
