Yes and no

Luke had been having tol much fun to just stop. So he quickly scirbbled in a new rule.

New rule:

'Jessica Browning has a new uniform which consists of thigh high stocking a choker and two pierced nipples.'

Looking down she now realized everyone could see everything. Drawing attention however Luke knew enough to make a followup rule.

New rule:

'Whenever Jessica is on duty anything she does is considered 100 percent legal.'

That took care of the stares as everyone quickly adjusted to the female cop still bent over the car. She knew he had all the power as his hand rested on her ass.

"Get up and face me."

Complying he inspects your now nude form before smiling. "Good now get in the car and dont move until I get in the car."

Now in the car she has no say as she watches him write a few more rules before entering the car.

Driving off he stops at a restaurant before ordering both of you inside. Jessica is desperate to cover until they walk in and most of the woman are dressed similar to her or even more exposed. Turning to Luke he sinply grins before.
