Yes (but she asks one last thing)

Sarah took the ring because she thought it belonged to Spencer, but she didn't intend to steal to someone she didn't know. As hypocritical as it sounded. With the hour she just had, she didn't had the will to fight or lie about it. But not before releasing some steam.

"You, men, for you, everything belong to you, isn't it ? We're just whores living off of you. You disgusts me !" She said before taking off the ring to give him back.

The man took a look of contempt, snatching the ring from her hand.

"What you think of us, is not my concern. You have an easy life, all you have to do is spread your legs and you can live without worries under our care." He told her.

Sarah realized something was off at that moment. Everyone agreed to her since this morning, even to the most insane questions. Was it possible that something was going on ? She had to test something.

"Am I the most beautiful girl in town ?" She asked.

The man was about to walk away, he took a look back and said.

"Don't flatter yourself, you're not bad, but your girlfriend is prettier." He told her on a snarky tone.

She asked it knowing it was supposed to be false, but the answer still hurt. And it went against what she thought. He was supposed to say yes... unless ?

The man stopped and raised an eyebrow.

"Wait ! Did you just realized what the ring does ?" He asked before realizing his mistake. "Shit I shouldn't have said that..."

All the pieces came together clearly for Sarah... The ring, it was since she got it that everything turned to shit ! Somehow it turned the reality to match her questions !

"Yes ! Oh God, the things I've done ! Please, I need it back ! I've made huge mistakes !" She pleaded.

The man looked around to emphasis his answer. "I don't know what you did, but it doesn't seem that bad. So I can't give it back to you. It's sad that you can't take it from me, isn't it ?" He said, half laughing. "Good luck, living with your mistakes !"

He then walked away under the pleading cries of Sarah. She couldn't take the ring from him, she didn't know why, but she couldn't do anything to stop him.

Just before he left, he taunted her one last time. "The girl living with you, is she your girlfriend ? I'm sure she'll be quite happy about what you've done, right ?"

At that moment, Sarah got flooded with memories of her kissing and having hot nights with Spencer. She was a bisexual nymphomaniac way before the changes she made in the world, clearly this is a world she would love to live in. But Sarah was not, she turned the world into her nightmare...
