Not wasting a single second, Ash grabbed the remote and took aim at Nurse Joy. Just before she and Dawn had made their way out of the Pokémon-Center, Ash pressed the green button and instantly found herself next to Dawn and on her way to Pallet Town. She had successfully returned to Dawn's life.

After a while, Ash began to once again ponder about the remote and what she could possibly do with it. Swapping lives with Nurse Joy had certainly been an interesting experience, especially considering that she got to see what kinds of ripple effects these swaps could cause. She definitely wanted to do more of these kinds of reality changes, she just had to find the right targets. At least for now though, Dawn was the only one she could use the remote on until they reached Pallet Town, which according to 'her' Pokétch they should be able to reach by the end of the day.

This in mind, Ash wondered whether she should have a little more fun with the remote before they reached their destination or wait until she had a broader range of targets.
