Yes, she's hungry.

"Well.. Now that you mention it, I am kinda hungry" Katie put her hand on her belly.

"Okay, I'll make your favorite!"

Daphne took Katie to the kitchen and set her on the table. She got some ingredients out of the fridge and started preparing a meal. From where she stood, Katie was unable to see what her mom was making as her colossal form obstructed the part of the counter. Once she noticed the mixing her mother poured onto a frying pan and a sweet smell engulfed the air, she figured it out.

"Here you go! Hope this'll lift your spirits a bit!" Daphne made bacon pancakes and brought them to the table next to the miniature girl.

"Thanks mom! Wow this pancake is like the size of several trampolines! " Katie laughed.

"Oh is that too much? Then I'll cut some for you."

Daphne cut a tiny piece of the pancake and set it aside.

"Hold on, just let me get this right..." She attempted to pour some syrup over the pancake bit, gently aiming the bottle upside down and lightly squeazing it so just enough will come out. Unfortunately she squeazed a little too much and the piece ended up buried under a blob of syrup.

"Shoot!" Daphne snapped her fingers.

"Haha it's okay! I'll get it!" Katie stuck her hand inside the blob of syrup and pulled out the pancake. "Ugh, on second thought, maybe this wasn't a good idea.."

Katie's arm was covered with sticky syrup, and she did her best to remove the excessive amounts of maple from her breakfast, but in the end the pancake was soaked in it.

"Mmm a bit too sweet but still great!" the girl finally sat down to eat. Despite her mom's effort to cut the pancakes in just the right size for her daughter, it was still a bit too big for Katie to finish. Daphne gave her a wetwipe to clean herself up.
