Yes, it could be worse

Robb finishes his lunch and still needs to do shopping for his setup. He wonders if Demon knows where all the electronic stores are and he needs to look for a part-time job. Robb wants to try at some car shops as multiple benefits when it comes to his van. Money, tips on all aspects of converting it into something more than a box on wheels, and possible discounts on parts. He also hopes that power steering will be easy but since not that knowledgeable then doesn't know.

Robb is sitting at his computer jumping from thought to thought and sees he did not shut down Quest Master. He decides to see what Demon's new perk does. Robb pulls up her profile and on the perk which pops up a window with both listed.

Soothing Hands: Soothes the target of stress and replaces with a relative amount of increased libido. Hidden: slight compulsion to soothe upset people
Do Knot: Knots are easily understood and manipulated. Hidden: minor compulsion to undo knots

Robb already bought the perk store but they have hidden parts for the Life Quest perks. At least that seems the case since his perk store didn't seem to offer same kind of perks. The perks also seem to seem to not actually say everything. Demon had said something different about Soothing Hands. Robb wonders if this is why the Life Questers are not suppose to know the Quest Master. He will have to tell Demon about her first perk gives him different description as he already knows about it though not the hidden part.

This does solve one thing that Robb didn't understand. Angel had such a wild reaction to the touch. "How much pressure does Angel have and keeps bottled up?" Robb ponders if the touch flips it to libido then her body went through a major transition like a light switch.

Did that really happen? Robb thinks through everything. Yes, it could be worse. What little Robb understands of girls is that there are lots of possible powerful reactions and Angel did not seem that bad.

With not much that he can do with the Quest Master, Robb closes it as there is no guide for knowing what the different levels of compulsion are and no quests to give. He starts comparison shopping and making notes from reviews on the choices that are in his price range. He becomes focused so does not pay much attention when his mom says hello to him and he says it back. His mom knows he is focused so leaves him there.

Angel woke from her nap and took her time getting up and getting ready to be out of her room. Her mind was totally absorbed in the idea of what leveling up would be like. She needs to find out if there is a way to spend her perk points. She wonders if it is level locked. If so, then she wants more quests. Angel learned enough about doing quests from Robb always trying to talk about his roleplaying games. She tried to play some tabletop one with him but it was boring. It was slow but what little she saw of him with his digital games showed that it was better as more options faster. She figures she got multiple levels on her first quest so maybe that happens. Angel can't count on that.

During this time, Angel and Robb did not cross paths which includes them eating. After eating, she puts on a bikini and grabs what she needs to go lay out and tan. Other than to get a quick refill on water, she stays out and enjoys the sun. She makes sure not to overdo it which is why she is dozing in the shade when Mrs. Fields informs her that she is about to start work on dinner if Angel wants to help.

Angel decides to go rinse off and help Mrs. Fields out. She decides it is better to keep up appearances while waiting for the power she was planning on getting from Life Quest so being helpful with the Mr. and Mrs. Fields makes the most sense to those plans.

Mona gets home after calming down from the talk with Xandria and Lisa. It had been embarrassing but both girls told her that there was no reason. They both told her how the group all knows how much pressure she puts on herself for school and they understand better why she left as quickly as possible when breaks started. Xandria is the one to point out that if Mona might not have completed school without a breakdown since a movie or eating out was the extent of Mona taking a break during school.Mona heads to see Robbie and see what he did for the day but hears her mom. She goes and sees how volunteering went. Mona says the movie went well and had a good talk with her friends. She turns to go see Robbie when Angel comes in and says going to rinse off before helping. Mona makes her mom smile when Mona tells Angel that she can go first.

As Angel passes her, Mona feels the urge to reach and pop open one of the knots of Angel's bikini. She blinks a couple of times. Did that really happen? She tries to figure out if she just wanted to embarrass Angel. Yes, it could be worse. I could have actually done it and my mom would have been super pissed at me but the bitch deserves it.
