Yes, a Starly

Heading on home Dakota makes sure to go through the tall grass, now that she had pokeballs she wanted to capture another pokemon. Dakota was only walking for a minute before a Starley flew over her and she felt a splat on her face, she thought it hit her with a dropping, but the smell was off, and cleaning herself its just a creamy paste.... it just dove down and came on her face "oh that one is going to get it!" she yells summoning chimchar

"Get him Neo!" she yells but he does nothing and looks to her confused "....that is your name now, Neo... you are Neo now" Dakota says pointing at him. at that time the starly swoops in and cums on her face again as it flies by "uhn, get him!" she yells

Neo smirks a bit and turns looking at the birdman pokemon, "chim chimchar!" Neo yells and the Starly stops and flied down, landing in front of them and looks to Neo "Star?" it squawks and they seem to talk for a second before looking to Dakota, Dakota looks confused but it starts to dawn on her what was happening "oh you..." she pauses and realizes if she recalls Neo she will have to deal with the Starly on her own.
