You lean forward and give the crying, brutalized girl a quick soft kiss on the lips then whisper, "**** you was a lot of fun." Then with a sigh you stand up and start getting dressed. "Unfortunately, I can't spend all day tormenting you. I have to make sure everyone respects my new power, not just you and Alex. But don't worry, I'll be back to play with you soon enough." You give her one last rough tit grope then head out, leaving your roommate quietly sobbing.
Heading out into the hallway of your apartment building you immediately see your neighbor from across the hall, Mr. Wu also stepping out. He greets you with an uncharacteristic nervous smile. "Hi, George. How are you today?"
"Fantastic." You answer genuinely. "How are you."
"Good. Good." He quickly says then cutting to the source of his apparent anxiety he continues, "I just found out you bought the building today, you're not planning on making any big changes, right?"
You smile at that, pleased your writing on the wall that you own the building is already being confirmed. "I haven't decided yet. I'll let you know."
He nods and waves as he walks away, "Thank you sir. Have a great day."
"Oh, I think I will." You mutter to yourself, thinking about who in the building you could toy with. Your first thought is to see if Mr. Wu's milf of a wife or cute 18 year old daughter are home, but there's also the slutty party girl who lives on the floor above you, the young lesbian couple down the hall, and of course your bitchy landlady.
