You turn around and notice a... Entrance? seemingly a red wooden door was coverd by some vines and SOMEHOW have been pushed open.

its unmistakeably a dungeon door but dungeons shouldnt even be in this area! you remeber from the hand books that dungeons are formed from miasma and a surpless of magic, barely anyone should die or get injured enough around here for miasma to form and your not a expert so you cant make notes on the mana contents
