Wounded Teenagers

With the angsty week in the rear-view mirror, the weekend was finally here. It held much different paths for the cul-de-sac gang.

“You’re crazy! Mystery of the Lake isn’t even a top five release of the year!” Zack argued to Peter as he side eyed the older guy in his passenger seat. “Who didn’t see that ending coming?” Peter scoffed at the younger guy’s inability to appreciate deeper tropes and meanings. ‘Hopefully he’ll wisen up next year in college,’ Peter thought with a small chuckle. Peter turned the tables and asked for Zack’s current top five. Pete was impressed that a couple seemed beyond Zack’s years. He could only laugh when Zack mentioned the newest Lauren Harper. The same beautiful Lauren Harper that Zack was all but obsessed with.

“Lauren Harper could publish a pop-up book and you’d camp overnight to get the first copy.” Peter still chuckling as Zack blushed and tried but failed to defend himself.

“I mean it would probably be a really great pop-up book.” Zack joked instead and looked at Peter as they both shared a laugh.

Finally, the two calmed down from the banter and catching up as they both realized they were at the Bishop household. Zack walked in the side door followed by Peter. Peter’s eyes lit up when noticed Monica bent over putting something in the oven. He quickly looked away before anyone could catch him and scolded himself for checking out the hot older lady who was basically his second mother.

“The prodigal son returns.” Zack joked sarcastically and gaining Monica’s attention. Her eyes lit up and she ran over to give him a big hug. Zack rolled his eyes at how much his parents dote over Peter.

“Peter! I’m so happy to see you!” Monica still hugging him tightly and pressing her large breasts into him. Peter started to blush and tried to do everything to hide his reaction from Zack who luckily was interested in what his mom was cooking. Doing a small fist pump when seeing that it’s her homemade pizza. “So, did you already ditch my daughter? I’ll have plenty of extra pizza, do you want to stay for dinner? Where are you staying?”

Peter laughed slightly at the barrage of questions. Even Zack noticed. “Jesus mom did you even read him his rights before starting the interrogation?” Monica blushed slightly at realizing her excitement got the better of her. Peter happily accepted her dinner offer knowing how good her Pizza is. All the neighborhood kids would come out of the wood works whenever she would make it so he always makes extra. She figured Taylor, Hannah, and Ashley would end up over there as well. Peter explained that his parents were out of town, so he’d probably just sleep there. “That’s nonsense! I insist that you stay here with us!” Peter looked over to Zack who shrugged his shoulders while shaking his head yes to give his approval. Shortly after Zack **** Peter away from his mother and down to his room in the basement for some video games.

As the two were locked in a heated battle against online players in the popular shooter game, Peter thought it would be a good time to get Zack to open up. A part of him actually glad the girls pulled an impromptu girl’s night, so he had a chance to actually figure out what was going on. “So man what’s had you so down?” Zack took a long breath knowing that this was eventually coming. He actually liked talking to Peter and often found his advice helpful. He tried to stay guarded at first but quickly found himself unloading everything on the surprised Peter. He told him about Madison, Ashley, Amber, Scarlett, even waking up with Chloe. He opened up about his falling out with Ashley and how it’s crushed him and the prank war with the football team. Peter took a second to collect himself and rubbed his hand through his hair. “Holy crap man, that’s an eventful couple week!” Zack could only shake his head in agreeance. "DO you have feelings for any of these girls?”

This caused Zack to think for a moment and go through each girl. “Well Chloe was an accident and while I do find her very pretty, I’ve always just thought of her as a friend. Amber is super sweet and actually pretty hot. I think she’s got a weird rescuer crush on me, but I don’t know if other than looks we have any chemistry. She’s kind of growing on me though. Scarlett has been my long-term crush and I’m excited for our date, but I barely know anything about her. She Also doesn’t seem like the settle down type. Now Madison is smoking hot and has a real cool, feisty personality that I’m a sucker for. She also knows how to always stay one step ahead of me. The issue there is that her dad and brother won’t let any guy near her. That stunt I pulled earlier is likely to get me murdered. Then there’s Ashley…” Peter noticed that Zack trailed off just trying to talk about Ashley when he had no trouble talking about the other girls. “I don’t know how to put it into words. Until that night I always just thought we were best friends but after that it seemed to open a door I didn’t know existed. Deep down I think I always knew it was there but just buried it for the friendship’s sake. I mean we’ve always been flirty and kind of touchy, but I thought that was just us. Now I see that she’s perfect in everyway but wants nothing to do with me.” Zack’s head dropped as he put down the controller. Peter put his hand on his shoulder to show his support for opening up like that while trying to think up some advice.

Meanwhile the girls were finally calming Ashley down and getting her to open back up. She wasn’t as forthcoming as Zack but was doing her best open up. “I don’t know what came over me, I basically jumped him. And when he finally got his head together, he took control, and it was absolutely amazing. Everything about that night, about him is perfect. Then the next morning it all just came crashing down on what this means and what might happen to our friendship, and I panicked. It freaked me out so bad I bolted and have basically avoided him every since. We bumped into each other in the hall and I panicked again and basically told him there’s no chance of us being together. He was crushed and now he’s fallen for Madison, and I’ve basically ruined everything. He was so disgusted with me that he flinched when I tried to hug him!” The girls noticed Ashley start to break down again and tears forming in her eyes. They gently butted in to calm her down and sooth her.

First Taylor spoke up, “Sweetie if you feel this way we’ll get you calm maybe go have a spa day and then I think you need to talk to him and just tell him how you feel. He probably feels the same way.” The older, wiser girl said with a hopeful smile to Ashley and gave her hand a light squeeze.

Ashley contemplated it, terrified to **** of even seeing him right now. She panicked when she realized it was Friday and she has plans with Brandon.

Sheepishly Ashley confessed to her plans. “I, uh, can’t tonight. I have plans to meet up with Brandon…” She barely choked out worried for their reaction. Taylor was caught of guard and winced slightly while Hannah was livid.

“What the hell did you just say?! Why are you spending time with that Neanderthal and does Zack know about your plans? “Ashley sheepishly nodded and was barely able to get out that Zack wanted to hang out, but she told him about her plans and how she’d never seen him that upset before. “Well no shit!” Hannah shouted back. “Next time just kick him straight in the balls if you want to hurt him so bad. That would actually be a little ****!” Ashley cringed before her sister continued her tirade. “That’s not happening!” Hannah said before snatching Ashley’s phone and went to her text messages. Ashley shouted and tried to reach for it, but the bigger Hannah held her back as she tried to type the message. “We are having a girl’s night. Better yet if you go see that pig then I’m going to go fuck Zack!”

“Hannah!!” both Taylor and Ashley yelled in unison. Ashley tried to argue with her stubborn sister but knew it was hopeless. She would have to reschedule if that’s even what she wants to do knowing how bad she hurt Zack.

Hannah sent the message and satisfied with herself, decided she was going to hang on to the phone for a while. “Hmm forget the spa we need to let loose a little. I know just the spot to get the little one’s mind here off your brother’s big cock.” This gained another yelling at from the other girls again that didn’t phase the blonde bombshell in the least. “Return to your spot driver! I’ll stay back here with the wounded one and navigate you to our destination.” Taylor raised an eyebrow but listened none the less knowing she was going to regret this.

Chloe was freaking out as she through another out fit onto her bed. She had her favorite player’s jersey on so that was easy enough, but should she wear pants, or shorts, or a hoodie or under shirt? She couldn’t make her mind up and didn’t realize it was really just the nerves of going on a date. She suddenly plopped down on her bed and screamed into her pillow. A startled Holly bursts in and sees her sister mid panic attack. “Shit have you finally gone all the way crazy? When they put you away in the looney bin, can I have all of your records? Better yet put Zack in that will too.” Holly smiles as she daydreams about hooking up with her dreamy neighbor. Chloe screams and takes advantage of the off-guard young redhead and launches a pillow at her face causing a few choice words in response from Holly who fled from the room.

Zack was sitting at the table devouring as much pizza as he could to his shocked, but humored family members. Monica was surprised that the girls still hadn’t arrived. Monica smiled seeing Zack being more like himself already and knew Peter was the one responsible. She was happy Zack and Taylor have him in their lives. Just then Zack feels his phone go off and notices that he has a new snapchat. Surprised he opened the app and saw it was from Madison. He felt his heart rate go up as he’s never gotten a message from her before. He opened the message before instantly regretting it. His eyes went wide as he slammed the phone down on the table. Monica was concerned and asked if he was okay which he said that he was. The blue-eyed boy slyly lowered his phone beneath the table to get a better look. It was a picture of Madison in a thong holding a basketball covering her exposed breasts and nothing else. The caption read “Motivation for the court.’ Zack’s face went read as it had to be one of the hottest pictures he’s ever seen.

Madison was laying in her bed with a satisfied smile on her face. Unknown to her at the time in the room across the hall that was occupied by Brandon also heard a phone notification. Brandon picked his phone up to a text from a blocked number. He was curious and opened it up. In it were several pictures of Madison and Zack kissing in the school parking lot. Brandon was absolutely furious and launched his phone across the room. First there was the prank that he hasn’t retaliated for but now this was way over the line. He starts calculating his next move and knows it’s going to be a hell of a lot more than a little paint.

Taylor followed Hannah’s directions that suddenly had her pulling into a surprising parking lot. “Uh Hannah? This is a strip club!” Hannah smiled her devilish smile and she hopped out of the car and **** a confused Ashley with her. Taylor huffed and got out as well.

Hannah was beaming at the two **** girls behind her. “It’s guys night and when you get one in a private room…. Pretty much anything goes! I’m going to make sure to get your mind of Zachary little one! The two girls in the back wondering how Hannah always drags them into stuff like this. Hannah showed the bouncer her fake ID while the other girls have red x’s on their hands for being underaged. Hannah smiled as the fun was just about to begin.
