With a plan of your own

With you being the last one to talk, everyone's plates were virtually empty and now that everyone's attention was focused on you, it seemed like a good time to finally have the meeting you had been planning for so long.

“Before we get to that I wanted to bring something up first” you said, pushing your plate to the side and straightening up in your chair.

“Sure honey, go ahead” Mom replied, looking a bit puzzled by the sudden topic change.

Now that the time had come to actually enact your plan, you found it hard to find the words to actually start. You took a couple of seconds to gather your thoughts and made sure you didn’t appear nervous in front of them in case it undermined your point.

“So, I had a couple of points I wanted to make but to begin with, let’s go over something I’ve talked about with each of you separately but not all together” you announced, immediately making everyone at the table wary.

“As you’re all aware, yesterday, the deal that me and Sarah have with her underwear was put out in the open and now, it's not just Sarah but both Mom and Lucy have agreed to something similar.” you revealed, quickly carrying on as all three of them immediately went to interrupt.

“Before any of you start asking questions, I promise that if there's anything I don’t explain then you can ask me later” you said, stopping them from asking any further.

“Now that everyone has agreed to something, nobody can judge any of the others and it will be a lot easier for everyone if it's all out in the open. I want all of us to get closer as a family and although it's not the most conventional way to go about it, I think this is an opportunity to put some new rules into place that I think will help with this.

I’ve got three in mind that I want you all to vote on and as I’m the one putting them forward my vote won’t be counted. If 2 of you agree then we will count that as a pass. Is everyone okay with that?” you asked, not getting any response back from the three of them.

You had at least expected Mom to complain but with her panty secret revealed in front of the others, she seemed more subdued than usual. You weren't about to let your good fortune go to waste now that she had agreed and decided to add a little something you hadn’t thought of before.

“Good, with your agreement I’ll say one more thing before I get to the new rules. If anyone else has a rule or two that they want to add then you're free to bring it to a vote as well. Just remember that your vote won't count and you’ll need two more people to agree.

With that out of the way here is what I want to propose. Each rule builds up a little from the last and the vote will be for each rule separately once I’ve said them all, So...

Rule one. With everyone open to giving me their underwear, I don’t think it needs to be behind closed doors when it happens. It might be a bit embarrassing to hand them over in front of someone else but if it's out in the open then Mom or anyone can check to make sure there's no funny business going on” you explained, holding up a finger for the first rule and gesturing to Mom when you mentioned her name.

You were hoping to make the rule one sound as innocent as possible as the chance of Mom voting in your favour for the next two was unlikely at best. Everyone's attention was still on you as you held up another finger.

“Rule two. This is more of a suggestion than a rule but I still want to add it. With underwear being traded there are probably gonna be some times where people might be going commando just due to the timing of people handing over panties. I didn’t want anyone to be judged for their choice of clothes or lack thereof, so I think clothing should be considered optional. Obviously if anyone decided to use this rule then it should only be when it's just the four of us in the house and the other two rules should also probably be when it's just us.

This isn’t to **** anyone to strip or anything like that but if anyone wants to then I don’t want anyone judging them. With the change applying to me as well, it might be hard to get used to and I’m sure there will be a transition period for all of us.” you said, wanting to give yourself the option to strut around naked just as much as you wanted all of them to. The reaction seemed just as neutral to the second rule as the first so you took that as a good sign to continue by putting up a third finger.

“And finally rule three. As I said each one compounds on the last but if we do ever get to a situation where we are all making use out of the second rule, then there are bound to be some times where people could get excited and some pretty obvious signs, especially from me, that would highlight the fact. Now whatever you do in the privacy of your room will stay private but if there's some needs that need taken care of, I don’t think running away to your own room to take care of them is gonna help with any shame or embarrassment issues.

Putting myself as an example, I’m sure you would all be able to tell what I would have done just based on what you see so… I propose that everyone should have the option, not **** but the option, to masturbate anywhere in the house, within reason.” you revealed, feeling your cheeks get red at what you were actually saying in front of everyone.

Sarah kept her head down to avoid meeting anyone’s line of sight while Lucy just sat back with an amused look and Mom had a face as red as your own. Again nobody made any comments but to avoid any awkward silences you started to ramble slightly.

“Like I said, all of these are optional and although it's not the normal of conversations, I wanted to get everything out in the open before something like this happens before we have a chance to discuss it as a family. In an effort to put everything ‘out in the open’ I’m gonna let everyone ask me questions after the vote is done and no matter what I will try my best to answer them truthfully, including what I’ve been up to today with as many embarrassing details as you want. Well there are a few secrets that I have to keep between us but if any of them come up then I hope you will understand and back off a little” you announced, letting them see that you were willing to open up if they were willing to join you.

The reveal seemed to catch Lucy’s attention and you knew she would definitely take the opportunity to interrogate you, maybe even at the risk of you revealing something she didn’t want to be known.

“How are we gonna vote then?” Lucy asked, being the first of the three to say something since you had started the meeting.

“Well I had an idea but if someone can think of something better then I’m open to try something else. The three of you will close your eyes and when I say the rule number, you put your hand up. If two or more vote in favour, then I’ll ask you to open your eyes and the rule gets passed. If it only gets one vote or nobody is in favour then instead of opening your eyes, I’ll ask everyone to put their hands down before you open your eyes” you explained.

“Why go through the hassle of doing it like that?” Lucy asked, thinking you were just over-complicating things.

“Well if a rule passes then you should be held responsible for what you voted for but if it doesn’t and one person has voted for something which the others disagree on, I don’t think it's fair to out them.” you said, putting your opinion forward.

“And what about when two people vote for something and one person doesn’t? Aren’t they being outed for their vote?” Lucy argued.

“In that case, they aren’t voting for change but to just keep things as they were. I don’t think there's much shame in doing that and I wouldn’t fault them in doing that so everyone should think the same. It would be the same anyway if she did an anonymous vote anyway as there's only three votes making it pretty easy to figure out who voted what anyway” you countered, seemingly convincing Lucy enough as she didn’t make any more comments.

You left enough time for anyone else to speak up but both Mom and Sarah had nothing to add after what Lucy had said.

“Okay, so is everyone okay with us starting then?”
