Chapter 11 by Ragnockae136 Ragnockae136

Does Aegon Declare Jaehaerys Exempt From The Watch??? Or, Does He Declare A Third Queen of Westeros??????????

With Little Options, Aegon Breaks Tradition, and Takes A Third Queen

Aegon...............Aegon's Face Was Wracked With Pain, Guilt, and Pure Despair. "Fuck it, You've Got Your Damned Match Mopatis. I'll Marry The Girl." Says Aegon Painfully. "Egg!" Says Jon. "You Chose Your Path A Long Time Jon, Now I Have To Face The Reality of The Consequences You've Brought Me. As For You Three, OUT OF MY SIGHT!" Aegon Demands. "Best Do As He Says, Aegon Will Need A Few Days To Regain Some Normality." Jaehaerys Tells Them, and The Three Pentoshi and Court Are Ushered Out. "This Is Not What I Wanted To Happen When I Left." Says Jon. "Is This Supposed To Reassure Me?! You Have Left Me **** Jon?! I Have To Marry A Third Woman, One Of The Three Isn't Like To Open Her Legs As Easily As Rhaenys, The Other Is A Bit More Likely, But This One Will Probably Slit My Throat In Our Bed." Says Aegon. "So It's My Fault?!" Says Jon. "Hard To See It Otherwise Jae, You Think Because Your A Second Son That You Could Abandon Our Family and Everything Be Fine? No! Everything Is Not Fine, Because Of Your Little Dream of Joining Them Crows, I Had To Demand Uncle Doran Send Two Separate Betrothal's Over One, I had Planned To Marry You To A Girl Who Could Bring Us Two Armies For One Match. But Instead I Had To Unleash Her On Trystane." Says Aegon. "Whatever, I'm Going Back To Castle Black." Says Jon Walking Away. "Your No Blood Of Mine." Aegon Tells Jon.

Aegon's Rowe With Jon Had Upset Him More Deeply Than The Blackfyre's Had. Visenya Had Spent The Time Aegon had Allotted Her, Trying To Earn His Trust and Affection. Yara Meanwhile Paid Her No Mind, and Margaery Saw Her As A Potential Rival, But Remained Friendly. As For Aegon, Well He Refused To Speak About Jaehaerys, Even Uttering His Name Began To Wear At Him. He Hated How Jaehaerys Had Abandoned Them For A Wall Where All He'd Get Was Permanently Frozen Balls and Frostbitten Cock. But He Hated Himself For Letting That Get To Him, More Than Any Residual Anger At His Brother. Yet Aegon Refused To Apologise, He Couldn't, Not Now, and Certainly Not Yet. Aegon Would Have To Try and Focus On The Tasks At Hand.

Magister Mopatis Had Generously Donated Several Hundred Ships To Aegon's Cause To Take The Stepstones. Which Got Aegon Thinking, If He Could Get Visenya's Brother To Wed A Girl Of The Iron Islands, He Could Appoint Him His Voice In The Stepstones, To Both Keep an Eye On Euron, and Keep The Brother Out Of and Away From Court. Visenya's Brother, Who Was Named Aehron, Seemed Even Less Trustworthy Than His Father Or Sister, So it Was A Good Idea, In Theory. But Aegon Had More Important Matters At Hand, Such As Choosing Who'd Lead What Vanguard.

Aegon Had To Pick Three Commanders He Could Trust To Lead The Three Forces Of Men Into The Stepstones. He'd Chosen Stannis As His Fleet Commander Because Victarion Had Decided To Personally Lead The Royal and Iron Fleets In Raising Hell For The Pirates and Mercenaries In The Stepstones As A Distraction. As Such, He Was Left With Two More Choices. Aegon Considered Several Men, But Ultimately Seven Good Men Stuck Out For Both Remaining Positions. Eddard Stark, Mace Tyrell, Yohn Royce, Brynden The "Blackfish" Tully, Ser Barristan Selmy, and Tywin and Kevan Lannister's. Aegon immediately Dismissed Mace Tyrell, Chiefly Because He Was Less Intelligent Than The Others and Failed in Taking Storms End From The Rebels In Robert's Rebellion, Because One Lone Smuggler Slipped Through His Blockade and Gave The Rat-Eating Garrison Onions To Survive.

Leaving Aegon Six Men To Now Consider, Aegon Turned His Attention Instead To Kevan and Tywin Lannister's. Kevan Was Both A Knight and Proven Commander, Yet, Tywin Was The Better Strategist and Leader. Having Decided That, Aegon Chose To Remove Kevan From The Choices, and Instead Name Him His Personal Commander. This Left Five Men, Eddard Stark Was A Seasoned Soldier, But Not A Very Good Leader, Ser Barristan and Tywin Made Prime Choices, Yet Brynden Tully Could Inspire Loyalty As Opposed To Tywin Who Inspired Fear. Ultimately, Aegon Elected To Make Tywin His Second Vanguard Leader, While Brynden Tully Was His Third. Aegon Appointed Ser Barristan To Brynden's Personal Command Alongside Eddard Stark, While Ser Arthur Dayne and Mace Tyrell Were Assigned To Lord Tywin. Aegon Didn't Pick Yohn Royce, Because Royce, Though A Good Commander, Wasn't As Good As The Others, Instead Aegon Made Him His Second Personal Commander. Where Kevan Lead His Men, Royce Would Command Them In The Actual Fighting.

Three of The Seventeen Suns Of Aegon Were Kept In Kingslanding To Protect The Two Queens Staying Behind, The Remainder Were Split Up, and Sent To The Three Vanguards, While An Additional Two Stayed At Aegon's Side. Margaery and Visenya Would Remain In Kingslanding, While Aegon Would Travel With Yara By His Side. She Would Undoubtedly Come To Be Called The Warrior Queen At Some Point.

Any Hiccups Along The Way???????
