Will finds Stone Giants

Will got as close as he could without alerting the beings that were attached to the voices. He crept in and finally saw them.

Stone giants.

He never expected to see them here, they live farther up north. He moved in closer, curiosity getting the best of him.

“We are not returning. The risk is too great,” the largest of them said.

“But...it is our home. With all due respect, we can't just run away,” another spoke.

“It is just a place. It is our people that are important. We can not loose sight of that,” the large one said gently.

“Are we to simply crumble at the first sign of opposition?” the smaller one said getting a bit louder.

“More than our egos will crumble if we face a dragon,” She said, still gentle.

Those two seem to be the only ones speaking, the others simply watching. The largest of the giants remained calm as she spoke. Will assumed that she must be their leader seeing the respect the other was showing.
