Wild Dreams

The moon was full, the sounds of the woods all around her, and the wind giving a soothing chill to her body. She was running, her feet slamming into the ground to build up as much speed as possible. Her lungs burned, but the adrenaline made her feel so alive. Her body surged forward, passing trees and foliage with ease or just barreling through them. She heard something, a cry of some kind and started to run for it. Her muscles teased up propelling her forward. Faster, Harder, Faster, Harder; a voice in her mind urged her to pick up the pace. The smell of something reached her nose, helping to locate where she was going and to spur her onward.

Then, she saw it. A human figure, panicked, worried, wounded. And then her vision showed her jumping at them.

Usagi woke up startled, breathing hard and covered in sweat. That dream just now..., she'd expected a nightmare of some kind considering the attack but...,

"Was.... was I the wolf there?" Usagi asked, feeling the area her leg that was bitten last night. It still felt a bit tender but it wasn't getting worse like the doctor who checked her out feared. Well that's what happens when you have Sailor Senshi healing factor. Didn't work lesser issues or lack of sleep so she was a bit groogy. What day was it again? It was early morning but if she had to run to work it was going to be pain on this leg. Or if she had to hurry off to her work.

Usagi rolled over and checked her calendar, hoping it would be a day she could just stay in. Maybe ask Luna about last night more.
