While Wanda has the powers to take command of the situation, she didn't have the desire as deep down she was a submissive. So she subconsciously let her powers to give hypnotic command to a more dominate force while allowing them to use this power. Which was how Natasha benefited from the other woman's powers.

Peter, while attracted to all three women now, was more focused on the redheaded woman before him. She knew that as well.
