We need to get Holly in the story soon, now that she's our cover girl... I'd have liked Jessie to be the cover girl, but none of her darn pictures were framed quite as brilliantly as that excellent Holly art.

To be honest with you guys, it's a surprise to me that I found character art I liked in the first place. I thought that if readers wanted art (well, one reader, but hey no one else voted!), I was going to have to settle for discarding my vision of the characters. But in my opinion I think things worked out pretty well! There's some more art hidden away that I may add to the character galleries later...

I didn't originally plan to extend Jessie's scenes so much, but I really enjoy writing her. I think my characterization skills could use some work though. I've reread and slightly tweaked my old chapter's more than I care to admit, in an effort to make them more organic, but the soap opera shenanigans always seem to find their way back.

I was worried all of this character building (and admitted rambling) would scare people off, so I can't tell you how glad I am to see a few familiar names still reading the new chapters.

There might be a slight decrease in output over the weekend due to some unforeseen medical issues, which is a real shame because I wanted to churn out a lot of chapters! We'll see what I can do though.
