Who to eliminate?

Eric Dulac had already started thinking about the weaknesses of the other participants on the second day of the show. Nola had been clear. This was a competition. He was going to face all the people present. So he had to think of a way of dealing with them in various tests.

He began by finding something to write with. It was essential to put his thoughts in writing, so as to structure them. He began by describing each person present. Transformations, characters, history - he did his best not to forget anything.

The next step was to try and come up with a plan to deal with each of them. Surprisingly, it was Daphne who was the easiest to handle. Her desire to leave the show was her weakness. After that, he couldn't get rid of her just like that; Leo would never have forgiven her. Nor could the show take care of him, otherwise Leo would have resented the show, which would have made him stupid and therefore unpredictable. No, Daphne had to take care of herself. Then Leo would just cry, because he couldn't blame anyone. He'd spent several days wondering how to convince Daphne to scuttle herself. He'd never thought it would be Daphne herself who would come to him. He'd subtly managed to suggest that she commit suicide, which when she did would solve the Daphne problem.

For Jessica, the plan was even simpler. Make her hated so someone else could get rid of her. After that, he didn't really need to make an effort to make her hate him. She did that very well on her own.

As for Hanna, he hadn't really come up with an idea, but he was sure the opportunity would present itself. The girl was shy and naive enough to be easily manipulated. He literally had the appearance of an angel, so it wouldn't be very difficult to manipulate her.

Abigail, on the other hand, was difficult to deal with at the moment - her only real hope was to use her daughters as leverage.

Finally, there was Blanche, and the first test was the perfect time to get rid of her. First of all, he had walked the length and breadth of the island and recognized catnip among the flowers. He had no doubt that Nola had placed them there on purpose. But that didn't mean he wouldn't use them. With the ultra-concentrated aphrodisiac, he'd bought for 1,000 BP. Blanche would have something to keep her busy for a while.

By the time Nola began to explain the rules of the game, Eric had made up his mind. He would use his plan to try and get rid of Blanche. The only risk he ran was that Blanche wouldn't agree to meet him in her room. If she refused, it wasn't a big deal. He'd use his plan another time.

Despite her fears, Blanche agreed to meet him, and her plan worked perfectly. Blanche was doomed. She would be found first and most likely eliminated, especially given her poor performance last night with Leo.

The order in which the other candidates were found was of little importance. What mattered was that he should be found last. Of course he had to be found, but not until he was sure the others had been found.

For his hiding place, he decided to keep things simple and aim high, very high. Nola had forbidden him to leave the island, but there was nothing to prevent him from hiding above the clouds. He'd had the opportunity to test his wings throughout the week. They would last him through the whole ordeal without a hitch.

Once he reached a reasonable altitude, he was pretty sure he'd be invisible. He decided to pass the time by looking at his tablet. Was there any other way to use his BP? He also looked at the VP scores and was pleased to note that Blanche's score had increased. His plan had worked.

He waited patiently. 15:30, 16:00, 16:30 the time passed. Then suddenly Abigail's VPs increased. Interesting. Then Hanna and Jessica's VPs increased too. Strange. It was only when some of Daphne's VPs increased that he understood. This was no accident; Leo and the others had deliberately increased their VPs. The question now was why?

They'd all been found, so it was safe to return, but he had his doubts. This wasn't right. Why was he raising their VPs? Could there be something he hadn't planned? The rules of the game were simple.

Too simple. Why had Nola made sure they couldn't hear anything? Was it for the reasons she'd mentioned? No, there was something else, but what?

He suddenly decided to go back downstairs. He'd head for the dining room. They had to be there.

As he arrived, he was greeted by accusing glances from the other participants. It was now 5:02pm.

(Jessica POV)

And that ominous angel finally arrives. At 5:02pm. I was sure he'd done it on purpose.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" asked Eric.

No one answered, everyone just stared at the clock. If only he'd arrived a few minutes earlier.

"Thank you all for the surprise-filled ordeal, which is now over," said Nola, who had just appeared.

"Can someone explain to me what's going on?" asked Eric once again.

"Oh, I'll do that," said Nola with a smile. _"You see, I gave Leo a few extra rules once you left. For every 30 minutes it takes him to find you, you'll undergo an additional transformation," _said Nola.

Eric's face, which must have looked like he'd been had, was just great. It was almost worth the price of a transformation.

"You cheated...," said Eric.

"But no, I just didn't tell you everything. But let's drop his extra transformations for now. It's time for one of you to leave us," said Nola.

_"Nola, no !" _says Leo.

"Leo we've already discussed this; I decide the rules of this game. Now here's the procedure. You've been found in a certain order. This gives you a next VP score."
