Back when the first patients contracted Second Puberty, I was one of the first people in the country to get diagnosed. As you can imagine, that was a confusing and frustrating time.
But that was 23 years ago. I've long since settled into my life as a woman. A little over 5 years after I was diagnosed, I married the man who had taken my older sister to prom just 4 years earlier.
