Chapter 78 by yamidamian
Plans rarely survive contact with the enemy.
Which is why this one changes quite drastically.
I'm hanging there for quite a while, alone in the cave until I could hear something. A deep huff, a long growl. It may have been deeper than I'd heard, coming from something bigger than I'd heard of before, but I'd recognize a yawn when I heard. It looked like Scaley had awakened. My body tensed as I hung there, hearing each billows-like breath it took as it approached. And then, a sudden silence once more, even more abrupt than there had been anything to break it. As I dangled there in the dark a couple things came into my mind as I squirmed on by bindings-trying to pull myself up enough that I could maybe remove the blindfold. However, after dangling for so long, my arms were already on the sorer side-and it seemed they just didn't have the strength to actually perform that task, leaving me to go back to pondering.
The first was, naturally, wondering what the heck was going on. Had they briefly waken up, and then gone back to sleep? Had I merely started hallucinating out of sheer freaking boredom out of all this time, and only imagined something interesting happening? Considering my lack of stimulus, not completely impossible. The second, however, frankly had more food for thought. Which was reflections on what, exactly, I was intending by this plan. On reflection, if they were asleep, this was entirely a pointless endeavor. I could have gotten the element of surprise just as-if not more-easily by hurling myself at them while they rested. I was somewhat under the presumption they were MIA, and I'd get them when they got back from burninating the countryside or whatever, to find a nice 'snack'. Ah well, since it's just two people, and one of them is about to be dead, I'll have considerable latitude in making up something more suitably ego-fulfilling.
Soon, the silence is broken again when I can hear footsteps. Not remotely the massive ones I expected to hear, but definitely not human. Something hard scratched against the stone as something walked towards me-before lifting me up and tossing me to the ground. There's a tear as the cloth over my eyes is roughly torn off, and I'm a bit surprised at what I see. It's definitely the dragon...ish. The arms and everything past the shins were definitely inhuman and monstrous-and I could see red wings and a tail to match. However, most of her was startlingly human. I could see scales seeming to creep around a little from her back, but her frontside was only slightly affected by such. Her bright red hair was accented by some kind of frill from the side of her head, and a pair of horns sticking out the top, both a much darker red.
With such a stunning figure, alone in this cave, it now occurs to me that, with myself on the run yet again, things are going to get lonely. All my previous Marked targets now lost to me. Her bod seemed pretty fine, and a travelling companion would be nice...alright. This was going to go from 'slay the dragon' to 'enslave the dragon'. Just need to weaken them until I can apply the mark-Mph! I'm taken a bit further aback when she tears off the gag-and instead of asking any kind of question or taking some normal aggressive action, she just lowered herself until her bare slit was pressed against by face. There were no words spoken, but intent was clear enough. She just saw me as some captive to vent some of her lusts on before whatever else she would use me for. Well, if she wants to tire herself out a little before we fight, I'm certainly not gonna complain.
How's the next steps of this new plan go?
