"Come on, Emma, it'll help you lighten up a little bit!" Charlotte urged, trying to pull the young girl to her feet.

"How did we get here?" Emma thought to herself. "I was trying to get her to talk to Becca, one thing led to another, and now she's trying to get me to join her on the dance floor."

Her method of preparing for tomorrow had been to think of all the possible possibilities, laying them out along the floor like a **** board, connecting them to her previous three options and seeing what possible paths Kendra could take her in.

As Sara laid down on the bed, basically on top of Turner, she started slowly taking her dress off, flinging it over to the far corner of the room, the same place that Emma had discarded her clothing nine days ago.

She was taking a little creative license on what had actually been said, but Turner couldn't deny that she was wrong. Both Sara and Turner were awoken by the sound of someone loudly playing what sounded a bugle in the courtyard. Turner limply stood up, looked out the window at the bright sunrise, and saw that it was none other than Kendra who was sitting in the center with the horn.

"It's Kendra, we should probably get down there," Turner told Sara.

"Ugh, is it transformation time already?" Sara grumbled. "I thought we would have more time today before this. What is it, like 5 in the morning?"

"Um...according to this clock, it's actually nine," Turner pointed out. "Although, I have noticed that time on this island is a little wonky, so it might actually be five back on Earth."

"I am not ready for this," Sara complained.

"Everybody, including Turner, please join me at the courtyard in fifteen minutes!" they heard Kendra say over what sounded like a megaphone.

"Why can't she just teleport us there?" Sara wondered.

"She probably can, it just might be another power trip of hers," Turner rolled his eyes.

The duo walked down to the front of the hotel, sharing a knowing look as they saw everybody else assembling at the center.

"Alright, let's get this show on the road!" Kendra said once Emma, the typical last one, sat down.

"Did you have to do this so early in the morning?" Emma groaned, mirroring the sentiment of Sara.

"Of course!" Kendra fake-smiled. "We're burning daylight if we don't do it now; daylight that we're gonna need for the challenge later today!"

"We're doing the challenge today too?" Abby asked incredulously.

"What, would you rather me give you 24 hours to stew in your transformations?" Kendra asked, to a few nods. "Well...too bad! We're doing them both today! You should be grateful, it's one fewer day you have to spend 'in this forsaken hellhole', eh Kathryn?"

Kathryn didn't dignify that with a response, just rolling her eyes.

"Speaking of the events that unfolded during the week, let's take the opportunity to check the current scoreboard!" Kendra carried on, ignoring Kathryn's snubbing of her statement. "Oh, and there you are, Kathryn! You're in last place with 2 points! "I could've, but then again, you could've chosen not to bring us here in the first place," Kathryn shot back.

Turner shuddered as Sara's first transformation came onto screen. That was exactly what he had been worried about happening, something that would make the two of them less able to hold back.
