What if... our world had girls for Free Use?

In 1967 an article was published suggesting that people improve their performance, whether in school or at work, with constant sexual release. Although initially considered ridiculous and its creator branded as a crazy pervert, about five years later a college boarding school in the US put that theory to the test, proving that it was real. After several years, the United States government made it legal for certain people, mostly women, to serve as sources of sexual liberation at universities and jobs in places designed for that purpose, but they were allowed to continue with their jobs or studies. These girls would be chosen in a range between 18 to 28 years, being selected at random, offering themselves as volunteers or as a sentence for a crime.

Several years later, in 2006, these girls began to be allowed to practice their work in public, optimizing the task, reaching the point that public sex, even on the street, was common. These girls were called Free Use Girls. In the present day, 2045, new devices and technologies have been developed to help make the experience safer and more enjoyable for these girls.
