What does Anya need such good eyesight for anyway?

Oh, no, thought Amy Madison. Anya is a rabbit now. What am I going to do now?

Then she remembered that she was a witch too. She knew enough magic to reverse the spell and change Anya back into a human being.

But wait! What exactly would she do with a human Anya? Wouldn't it be better if she could change Anya back into a vengeance demon? Amy wished that she had the power to do that but she was afraid she only knew enough magic to change Anya into a human being.

Granted, being a human being wasn't the worst fate Anya could have. Indeed, after what she did to Buffy, it could be argued that it was a far **** fate than she deserved. But still there would be no way to reverse Buffy's curse if Anya was human. Amy's only option would be to find another vengeance demon -- and there was no telling how long that might take.

Besides, in a way, it was Amy's fault that Anya got hit by the spell that had transformed her into a rabbit so it was Amy's responsibility to change her back.

Just then Jonathan returned with a bundle of clothing in his arms. "I got you some clothes, Amy," he said.

"Good," said Amy. "Now please turn around while I put them on."

"Okay," said Jonathan.

After he turned around, he asked, "Hey, where did the blonde girl go?"

"You mean Anya?" said Amy as she started to slip into a blue dress. "That's her over there on the floor."

"But that's a rabbit," said Jonathan.

"Exactly," said Amy. "My other self came back and tried to cast a spell on me. Only this time it hit Anya."

"So can't you just reverse it?" asked Jonathan.

"Not if I want her to be the exact way she was before," said Amy. "And right now I need her to be the exact way she was before."

"So what are you going to do?" asked Jonathan.

Amy shrugged as she finished dressing.

"Please pick up the rabbit, Jonathan," said Amy. "We're taking her to Giles -- and hopefully to Willow as well. Perhaps they may know of a way to help her change back. If not, they can help me look for one."
