Chapter 118 by grimbous grimbous

What's next?

What could possibly go wrong?

You dress, straighten up, swing by the washroom for a quick freshen up and a piss. The nooky had been just what the doctor ordered, you still missed El like crazy but you were generally feeling good once more. Some of the tension relieved. You are back in the kitchen acting as if nothing had happened as your grandmother comes humming happily back into the kitchen. There was a spring in her step, a flush to her face, and a twinkle in her eye...

"Grandma!" You say in surprise.

She laughs and gives you a cheerful wink, knowing full well she was giving herself away. Looks like her and grandpa had gone for a midday quickie themselves! You start to chuckle yourself. What a family!

You could hear your your grandpa making himself comfortable out in the living room. You head out and give him a kiss on the cheek. "Feeling better Grandpa?" You ask, concern laced through your words.

"Never better." He quips, a little smile playing across his weathered face.

"Need anything?" You ask. "Drink, anything? Want an extra pillow or blanket?"

He takes your hand in his and squeezes it. "I'm okay Jesse. Don't worry." His warm seemingly healthy countenance puts your worries to rest.

You give him another peck on the cheek then head back to the kitchen. Your grandma had some oven mitts on, she motions you to grab a pair yourself.

"Well, lets see how these turned out." You each pull your batch of brownies from the oven. They both looked delicious. "Are you going to have some?" She asks you.

"No, I'll wait and share mine with the others." With Elsie is what you were really thinking.

"Sure Jesse, good idea." She smiles. Each of you take your batch out of their pans and cut them into eight equal pieces. "Could you pass me some containers." Your grandma asks.

You nod. Digging around in the cupboard you find two containers. They were identical except one was greenish-brown and the other was brownish-green. Your grandma grins. "Perfect. Okay, I'll put our batch in the green one. Green for ganja, green for grass, brown for brownie. Remember that Jesse. We don't want any mix ups, these babies are potent. Not for beginners."

You nod your understanding. "Sure Grandma, no problemo. Green good, brown bad." There is a moment of silence, then you let out a laugh. "No! The other way around! Ha ha ha! Yeah, I got it."

Grandma sets the two containers on the counter. "Don't let anyone have these till they know." You nod again, boy you couldn't wait to share these with Elsie.
