Welcome aboard

You are not completely new to VR. Like many of the girls that you work with, you love gadgets. You have not done much VR gaming, but you are good at these things and quickly acclimate.

Grace invites you to a party in the game, you read through a brief tutorial, and then load into a mission.

You find yourself on the bridge of a starship. It looks like it was ripped out of the 1950s. In fact, some of the lights on the consoles appear to be Christmas lights.

Grace must still be loading in. You look down at yourself. The game has dressed you in a short dress. It’s a Star Trek uniform, but it’s very short and tight. It’s yellow.

You read the tutorial already, so you know what to do.

Grace spawns in beside you with a flash and a beep. She’s dressed in the same dress as you, but hers is blue.

“Oh, hell yes! I knew going with the old school ship was the best,” she says in wonder, looking around. “You look cute. I call Captain.” She jumps in the captain’s chair and pounds on the arms. “Engage. Bring me tea. Bones!”

You don’t know what she’s talking about, but you do have a mission to do. You go past her to the next console and bend over to take a look at it. So your job here is to go to a distress signal. You need to find it and home in on it.

“Monika,” Grace says.

This dot must be the signal. You touch it, and it lights up. You have to set a heading and them do a warp-speed trip or something? Hmm. You should have read the instructions closer. What can go wrong? You plot the course.

“Monika,” Grace repeats.

“Let me do this,” you say absently, concentrating on lining up the path.

“Your underwear’s showing. Your underwear’s showing. Your underwear’s showing,” Grace repeats, like a little child.

You lock in the course and finally look back at her. “What?”

“Pantsu,” she says, pointing at your bottom. You frown and look down. It’s this dress. When you bend, it rides up.

“Must be the horny version,” you say, going back to work.
