"Then welcome to my staff Lieutenant. Your first job is to get those hacker drones, that boarding party and that analyst team onboard and situated before we head out." Katla said, tapping a few buttons to make the temporary transfer official, Relea had even made that part easy, all forms and permissions had just been awaiting Katla's approval.

"Yes Commdore! Thank you! I won't let you down!" She said, practically leaping to her feet in a rather jarring shift in temperment.

"I'm sure you won't, I'll let you get to it." Katla assured, finishing with closing down the office as the Lieutenant began furiously typing into her arm console to follow orders. Katla doubted she'd get everything done on time but the operation had extra cushioning built in. An extra hour to get additional assets situated would be well worth it. Shyna had likely already gotten her stateroom prepared so there was little for Katla to do other than take her place on the bridge.
