Weather demanded it

Carlee had been enjoying herself on her day off and truthfully was ready just to sit down after walking around for the last few hours. She found a rooftop patio of a nearby restaurant and saw that they weren’t open yet so it should be virtually empty and free of any people for her to relax. She hoped the little barrier that had been constructed to keep people out and made her way upstairs. The view was beautiful as she gazed down on the city below. The weather was beyond perfect as the sun was not too hot and the coastal breeze was not too chilly. She hadn’t had much time to work on her tan so she decided this would be the best place to do it without a second thought.
