Chapter 9

Round two or should we get going?
We should go
Despite their need for another round, both Jace and Kelly did realize there still were in fact zombies running around outside and that was a bit of a problem. Dressing quickly, both siblings looked around the basement picking up supplies and whatever could be used as weapons. As they loaded the old man's pick up Jace and Kelly occasionally gave each other loving glances, kisses, and teasing remarks but they worked quickly not knowing what could be running around outside.
Once the pick up was loaded up, Jace and Kelly climbed in the cab. Jace turned over the motor with a roar and the truck was off down the empty highway. Jace noticed Kelly had the old man's shotgun on her lap, her prize of battle. Stroking the shotgun, Kelly cracked an evil grin. This was her trophy, to remind her of her victory over the dirty old man and his freak of a son who dared to try and hurt her and her brother.
As they set out on the open road, they took turns driving through the post apocalyptic wasteland all night long. Kelly found it cute that her brother would always sleep with his head resting on her shoulder. She knew their love ran deep and they would protect each other through thick and thin. Never again would they feel the hopelessness or fear they felt in the old man's basement. Kelly kissed her sleeping brother on top of his head and whispered, "You and me against the world."
As dawn broke, the red light on the dashboard flashed as their gas tank was almost empty. Kelly turned the black ford F 250 into what appeared to be an abandoned gas station to look for gas. Waking her brother up from his sleep, Kelly informed him of the situation. Jace and Kelly dismounted the truck, weapons in hand. Kelly loaded and pumped her shotgun as Jace started his chainsaw with a loud sputter.
Jace couldn't help but look over at his sister; she looked hot in her tight outfit that hugged every curve of her flawless body. Her blond hair tied in a cute ponytail and that shotgun cradled in her hands made her look even sexier. As his eyes moved towards his sister's face he noticed her glaring right at him.
"Jesus Jace! Can you focus for one second? There could be a zombie out here ready to bite the shit out of you and all you can think about is sex?!"
"Sorry Kelly, you just look so hot with that shotgun."
"Ugh boys..." Kelly said with mock disgust, actually enjoying the attention, she continued, "Well brother have you seen enough? Can we focus on actually getting some gas so we can get outta here? Or should we fuck it and I do a striptease on that light pole over there."
"Ok. Ok. I get it." Replied Jace though I wouldn't mind that strip tease sometime... he thought to himself.
As they approached the food mart of the gas station, both Jace and Kelly scanned the area for any threats. The broken glass from its shattered windows crunched under their boots as they entered the station to find the pump key. Both siblings ready to defend each other from whatever lay in wait.
What do they find?
