We go to NXT Takeover: War Games

November 23rd, 2019 – Allstate Arena

Live from the Allstate Arena in the Chicago, Illinois, NXT Takeover: War Games will be starting in just a matter of moments in front of over ten thousand people in the arena and many more watching on the WWE Network. The opening contest will be the women’s War Games match, but right now the pre-show is going on with panelists Charly Caruso, Sam Roberts, and Pat McAfee.

Just moments before the pre-show started, Mia Yim was found backstage **** by her teammates Rhea Ripley, Tegan Nox, and Candice LeRae. Mia, after being checked out by the doctors, was ruled unable to compete in tonight’s War Games match for her own safety. That means that Team Baszler has the entry advantage and the numbers advantage. The three women and the doctors help Mia onto a stretcher and bring her over to an ambulance.

Suddenly, Dakota Kia appears dressed in a white top, black pants, and tennis shoes with her luggage in her hand. Seeming like she just got here, she peaks around the ambulance and sees the commotion, and runs over to Tegan and Candice.

“What the hell happened to Mia? Is she okay?” asks Dakota. Candice looks at her friends, “Someone attacked her, she can’t compete in War Games tonight.”

Tegan kicks the tire of the ambulance in frustration, “It had to be Shayna’s little goons, she wanted to make sure she won tonight.”

Dakota gets past her friends and to the doors of the ambulance, and starts to look in as the doctors check on Mia. Along with the women and doctors, General Manager William Regal stands with them and approaches Rhea; who looks back at her boss.

“Look... you’re the captain. What are we going to do?” Rhea doesn’t take a second to think about his question, grabbing Dakota’s arm and spinning her around.

“You’re in.” Dakota looks shocked at Rhea’s statement. She immediately gets defensive, “Dude, no, like I have not prepared for today. You don’t understand.”

“Yes, you have! Yes, you have been preparing!” Rhea says cutting Dakota off. “You want Shayna, don’t you? The girl who bullied you for a year? The girl you **** you into your underwear on TV? Don’t you want your payback! Tonight is your night!” Dakota seems to hesitate until Rhea mentioned the Bra and Panties match a week and a half ago which made her stiff at the comment. She didn’t even show up to NXT this past Wednesday because of still feeling embarrassed by it, hell she didn’t even want to come here tonight.

Tegan butts in, speaking directly to Dakota, “You’ve got this. You know you can do this.” Dakota stays silent for a moment before nodding her head, “Okay. Okay. Yeah.”

The doors to the ambulance shut behind her, and the sirens start as the vehicle drives away. The four women watch as it leaves and then walk back to their locker room together. They need to make a strategy plan and fast.
