After years of service as the heroic “Scarlet Witch,” Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) grew tired of being constantly humiliated in public and considered a joke. Fellow witch Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) tempts her with the powerful dark hold, and the pair wrought havoc upon the multiverse until they were defeated by Dr Palmer in the film Doctor Palmer And The Nexus Of Nudity.

The sorceress supreme had the pair imprisoned in a specially designed pocket universe, one much like the main universe, but with sitcom rules applied upon the two witches, resulting in many humiliating hijinks.

With their powers diminished, Wanda and Agatha now star in a sitcom about a pair of witches living as roommates in Manhattan. But their failure to conquer the multiverse results in each witch blaming the other for their defeat, leaving the two as bickering rivals constantly trying to one up each other, often ending in magic induced nudity.

But their misadventures are not limited to the big apple. For both Witches have not lost their villainous ambitions, and retain delusions of conquering the multiverse. Their ambitions may send them across the globe, to other dimensions, outer space and earlier eras of television, sometimes resulting in cameos from some familiar faces.
