Waking up in your bed

Several hours later you open your eyes looking up at the ceiling, looking over to see the dim light outside sitting up in your bed. You hear a voice from behind you “Thank the Seven you’re okay!” Before you turn around to see who said that, they were already out the door to go get you your Uncle.

Getting up and out of bed, you would stretch and realize you’re only in the trousers from your earlier outfit. You notice the rest of the outfit on your wardrobe, walking over you slide your tunic on and vambraces. When you hear a knock on the door, turn to look at the door you see it’s your Uncle.

“Sorry for the commotion Uncle, I don’t know what came over me.” You say, he just smiles and rushes and wraps his arms around you tightly. “As long as you’re still breathing boy I’ll forgive you.” He says you throw your hands around his back too thankful to hear you’re appreciated and forgiven.

Standing their in silence for a few moments before chuckling and asking “I should go on and sign those documents shouldn’t I?” Your Uncle now let’s out a thunderous laugh as he lets you go “Yeah we should go ahead and do just that, you kept us waiting long enough.” Smiling at you as you both walk back to the hall.

Arriving back at the hall, the documents still remain out now with some candlelight to light them up for you, reading them over you would sign them and look back to your Uncle “I guess that now makes me officially the Lord of this Land” you say.

Opening your eyes once again, finding yourself in bed waking up with a massive mind splitting headache. You grasp your forehead with both hands as you hear a knock at the door.
