Wake up

Kate woke up to hear a knock on the door.

"Mistress, the Sun's just set."

Wonderful. "Open the door, please."

Leon opened the door. "Do you have a car?"

He nodded. "Yes, mistress."

"Good. I'll need to use it."

"Of course, mistress. I'll take you to it now." He took Kate down the hallway to the back, where his car awaited her.

"It's not fancy, but I hope it'll do." He said as he handed her the keys.

"Thank you, Leon. That'll be all for now. I should be back later. I have a few errands to run first. See you." She said as she got into the car & drove off.

What a nice man, Kate thought to herself, well, any man can be nice when they're under your power.

She laughed to herself quite evilly as she drove along the road, but as she received a vision she had to pull over:

She saw a woman, in a black leather dress, transforming into a vampire. It took a while for Kate to get a good look at her, but when she did, she instantly recognised the new vampire.

It's Tess. I must go to her.

Yes, a voice spoke to her in her head, Theresa is now a vampire. You must find her. The two of you must continue your journey together.

In a few minutes she was at Tess' apartment building. She walked into the building & made her way to the door of Tess' apartment.
