Wait there

Leanne figured it would be better to just wait where she was. She didn't want to be running around the corridors and if Dan reappeared she'd be there waiting for him.

She noticed the open doorway leading to a side room she hadn't seen in her earlier urgency. She stepped inside and pulled the light cord to find herself in a small bathroom. She turned to face the mirror. She had dust from the attic in her hair and on her clothes. As she set about busily cleaning herself Leanne heard the door to the nurse's office slam shut.

"Rachel? Dan?" she called out. "Is that you?"

There was a noise from the adjoining bedroom but Leanne wasn't sure if it was a response or not. After finishing in the mirror Leanne turned off the light and returned to the main room.

"Dan?" she peered around the room but there was no sign of the handsome staff member or his rotund friend. She then turned towards the door and screamed as she did so. There standing between her and the exit was the creepy clown from earlier.
