His explanation...doesn't honestly clear things up much. Nayon is an elf he explains, which explains nothing. He goes on to say that an alliance with the Elvish kingdom could benefit Olaria in unique ways, as lifespans are perhaps the only metric by which any culture excels over Olaria. Whether it be some arcane secret, some hidden ingredient, or simple biology which may be passed on through... genetic convergence...it is a once in a lifetime (For humans) chance. The details can be worked out later, but this is the first time any elf has reached out like this, on a royal stage.

You want to face-palm, or perhaps slap the face of your seneschal. The question of succession on the line and he wants you to risk your prime chance to find a suitable queen for the sake of seducing the elves into an alliance? You refrain, not willing to make too much of a scene in front of the scions of 7 different kingdoms... But still, this is absurd... What, are you expected to bed this pretty young man? Demonstrate your masculine superiority? Show him the meaning of raw, primal, powerful pleasure, until he spills his weak seed over your bedtime silks? On the chance that he'll be so grateful he'll bring along his sisters, and fill your harem with fine elven women? That he will share his sisters for the actual child bearing, as you continue to carve love and lust into his heart?

Is that what he expects?
