Viridian Gym

Again making your way across town, Blue's next destination is less of a mystery to you than the last time he went this way. When you turn you can already see the massive sign for Viridian Gym, though you are surprised by how quiet it seems here.

Sure enough, as the two of you approach the front door of the gym it becomes more and more obvious that the gym is closed. All the windows are dark, the door is locked, and there are no trainers out front waiting for their chance to challenge the gym leader. Blue tries pulling the front door anyway just in case this was some sort of strange test, but it obviously doesn't budge. You stay a couple steps behind Blue, not sure what he wants to do now that his plans seem to be interrupted.

"Hmph, that's fine I guess," he huffs. "I just wanted to check out the trainers here anyway."

He turns to you with his hands on his hips, visible frustration on his face. "What is the plan now, Master?" You ask him, eager to see his mood brighten up again.

"I dunno, I guess I should just go train some more," he ponders. "There's always some trainers in and around Viridian Forest."

"That sounds great!" you offer in support. "Let's go!" Blue starts retracing his steps, making his way back down to them main thoroughfare to go train.
