What's the Story?

Victims

Carrie Ann and her step-daughter Lisa had just been the victims of a home invasion. Four masked intruders: two male and two female, robbed the women blind. They took all of the jewelry, designer shoes, handbags, and clothes. They took the women's cell phones, laptops, and tablets.

They stripped the women, just for fun as the intruders thought it was hilarious then tied them up. They took Carrie Ann and Lisa's keys and locked the door after them then stole their vehicles.

It was Friday, so the maid was not due back until Monday, and they had no way to call for help even if they did get free as they did not have a land line.

Carrie Ann thought it would be a good idea to try to get outside.

After a half an hour, she got the door open. She scooted out onto the front patio then as Lisa tried to follow, she slipped and fell against the door, slamming it shut, so the handle locked automatically.

Now one woman was outside and one was inside.
