Chapter 20 by CxSeth CxSeth

Does Johanna want to play nice?

Very nice.

Johanna tossed her blade to the floor, showed Elara her empty hands, and let out a deep breath. “Civilized conversation sounds lovely.”

Elara smiled, then turned away, “Let’s walk and talk, then. I hate this stuffy cave.” She immediately set towards the exit, and Johanna found her eyes following the movements of Elara’s taut, picturesque ass for a moment before she hurried along after her.

“Are you sure it’s okay to leave Bone by himself in there?” She asked, catching up with the taller woman.

Elara shrugged nonchalantly. “Those bindings are more than sufficient to hold him, and I treated his wound. He’ll be there when we want him.” Once out of the cave, Elara took in a deep breath of jungle air, opened her arms wide, and turned to Johanna. “Anything you want to see?”

Johanna hummed thoughtfully at this. “Do you sleep in this cave?”

Elara laughed. “Not if I can help it. Do you want to see my home?”

Johanna nodded a confirmation, but paused when something dawned on her. “Did you, uh. Carry Bone through the treetops by yourself?”

Elara smiled again, then stepped close to Johanna and wrapped a firm arm around her waist. Johanna blushed as the naked woman pulled her close, but before she could voice an objection, she suddenly found herself soaring upwards. Johanna’s wits and stomach were left behind, and by the time she had both under control once again, she found herself forty feet above the ground, clinging to Elara who, herself, was effortlessly clinging to a tree.

“You’re much lighter than the brute,” Elara explained, “But to answer your question, yes. I usually travel up here.”

Johanna nervously nodded, and after a few steadying breaths, realized that she was clinging rather inappropriately to the naked woman, her arms wrapped around her upper body just below Elara’s breasts, and her face pressed tightly against the smooth skin of Elara’s shoulder. Elara clearly didn’t mind, but it was still enough to bring another hot rush of blood to Johanna’s cheeks. “I’m sorry, Elara, I’m not accustomed to such a swift ascension, nor to traveling so high above the ground.”

Elara’s laughter was softer this time, “I won’t let you fall, Johanna.” The woman squeezed Johanna a little closer reassuringly, and then they were flying. Johanna could barely register how quickly they were moving, Elara effortlessly flinging herself from tree to tree with unimaginable power and agility. Branches and trees flew by in a dizzying blur, and Johanna clung to her superhuman transporter with all her might, until finally, gently, Elara landed on a large wooden platform. Even after Johanna’s feet were once again on a solid surface, she clung to Elara, more than a little unsettled at what she had just experienced. Elara made no attempt to peel the captain off of her, though, instead simply walking forward, Johanna in tow, into the cozy looking tree house they had arrived at.

“Home sweet home,” Elara said, brushing aside the hanging vines that made up her front door. Johanna paused upon seeing what was laid out before her, and Elara finally wiggled out of the captain’s grasp. The interior of Elara’s home was filled with all manner of strange objects, elaborate furniture, and even what seemed to be a small waterfall. “Sorry for the mess,” Elara spoke, moving to a wooden table and pulling out a chair, “I don’t frequently have a chance to entertain. Please, take a seat.”

Johanna walked across the room as if in a dream, her eyes flitting from distraction to distraction and her head filling with questions she wasn’t sure she wanted answered. She let herself be guided into a seat. “I don’t know what to say, Elara. This is a lot to take in.”

Elara sat down on the table, sideways in front of Johanna and waved her hand dismissively before offering an option. “‘Thank you Elara, you have a lovely home and you’re a beautiful and witty host,’ perhaps?”

Johanna chuckled, “Yes, that would have been a good start, I suppose. Do you live here alone?”

Elara nodded, then leaned back, offering Johanna as close a view as she wished of the woman’s powerful naked form and elaborate tattoos. “Yes. It can get lonely from time to time, but as you can see, I spared no effort in making my home as comfortable as possible.”

Johanna nodded slowly, taking note of some of the contraptions and furniture that no doubt aided that goal. Her thoughts turned for a moment to the filthy cave where Bone was no doubt still tied up. “I’ll admit that it’s nicer than the place I’ve been sleeping. Or the cave where we left Bone.”

Elara snorted. “He’ll manage. He seems durable, if nothing else. You, of course, are welcome to stay here for a while and see if it meets your needs.” Elara turned to face Johanna directly, now, and leaned in close, her face a mix of lust and predatory amusement, “Would you like to start by testing out my bed?”

Johanna blushes furiously, of course, but what then?
