Vegas Wake Up Call Part 5

Moments later, the still naked, barefoot, and increasingly freaked out Sammi hears the sound of her equally naked friend Sophie Thatcher clear her throat and say :

Well, Sammi, since you asked why we are both naked and why I am acting like that's normal I will explain even though I am pretty sure you are just messing around, and if you seriously don't know why then we have far bigger problems.

Anyway, listen up and don't interrupt, okay :

Since the beginning of time, only men have worn clothes and we women have always been naked.

That's just the way it has always been and how it will surely always be.

I mean look at my body and your own.

Do you see any tan lines indicating that some parts of our bodies have been more exposed to the light of the sun than other parts?

Not sure what else to do the ever-increasingly freaked out and frankly scared naked Sammi reluctantly quickly glances at her naked friend’s body and then her own and realizes that both Sophie’s and her own body seem to be uniformly tanned all over from what she can see.

Having done so Sammi realizes that as unbelievable as it would seem there can only be two explanations for what's going on combined with Sophie’s shocking claim that they live in a world where women have always been naked since the beginning of time :

1. Somehow she's awoken in a parallel universe where women have never worn clothes.

Or

2. Her memories of living in a world where she and all other women wore clothes were simply a strange dream she had.
